Spunkyknight, I really do hope you are right and I wish you all the luck in the world, Im just telling you what Ive seen Lanza do over the years, one thing I will say to you though, you first have to land a criminal indictment on him before you have a prayer of sending him to jail, US Attorney Patrick Hogeboom III didnt have much luck when he tried a couple of years ago, as for civil suits, hes pretty good at covering his bases legally, and he does know the legal system very well, hes very good at making lawsuits drag out and cost lots and lots of money, money that will most likely never be recovered, more importantly, his whole world is set up so that even if a civil suit is successfull against him, there is nothing there to pay the award, the guy has millions of dollars of unpaid judgements against him right now.

Again, I wish you better luck that those who have tried to deal with him in the past.
