Still I'm not sure if I get a pass on the weekly contest.

All that asside the small volume and large spread last Friday seems to mean a market makers cliff hanger.

Flatsixer I have wondered how many days could pass on this kind of mediation. I checked around for any active KWK (Quicksilver) forums and noted the most active was the Yahoo forum.

Only thing of note was a comment of a rumored buy out of KWK.
" I hear there is talk about a buy out. I believe from either bp or xom. Have you heard anything? " Another possible reason KWK is going to mediate with BESV versus go to trial. Improve the curbside appeal for a sooner than later buy out of KWK.
