baitre...The BESV spread (.21X.24) is just a facet of the low volume over the past few sessions...look at the chart...shares have been moving up for weeks with steady accumulation.
As an example of how quickly the price moves on positive events, please check the chart below. On 23Aug07 BESV filed an 8K that announced that through a BK negotiation Blast had reduced the O/S by 24%. (Link provided) Immediately, BESV shares popped over 150% on good volume and action. The spread took care of itself and Blast traded a 1cent spread for that run.
And, FWIW...Blast has KWK by the short hairs on this contract lawsuit IMO. It doesn't matter what KWK is doing in their persuits...they're going to be paying a pretty penny for putting a vibrant company into BK IMO.
