I have one. Wave is touted on Intel's packaging. Wave is touted in Intel's documentation. Wave's ETS is included on Intel's hardware-installation CD.

I was just trying to nail down an independently verifiable link for Zeev Hed. But, now that I look around, I find that a simple google search turns up lots of Intel D865GRH's with TPM's in the hands of lots of vendors. Unless you think I got one of only a few for which they prepared special packaging, special documentation, and a special installation CD, Wave's ETS is out there, too.
