I agree, time is of the essence and the new board MUST act very quickly in many areas.

Just some thoughts follows: "If anyone has sold, "borrowed", stolen, misappropriated, done anything illegal with, etc. WHAT BDGR/WE (honest - I am not saying there are any dishonest shareholders) SHAREHOLDERS own, the chance of GETTING AWAY with it is less than 0.1% - that is very small and smart people may not go for bad odds like that. I do not think that I would bet 999 to 1 on anything, much less something that might be VERY IMPORTANT. (Nothing is ever one way or the other - there are some GRAY areas).
