after reading ALL of todays filings tonight i feel a lot better about my investment here.

1)the owner has 60 mil shares - seems like if they were going to dilute this heavily they would want more than 60 million shares for themselves.

2)the outstanding is still 85 million/ float still 24 million -still have 50 million to play with.

3)no reverse split planned. HUGE

4)over 100 share holders - i'm sure they don't want to burn us?
