SMH contains some good techs and this will have to "do" for a while (CSCO, INTC not bad either you don't want crap even at the so-called bottom) Don't hold anything unless its 80% of intraday highs at the close of market. LOCK IN PROFITS and don't be buying boatloads or you'll sink with the boat together.
