After reading the 3G Patent link, I was at first wondering the same thing...where is IDCC? in "others"?
Upon closer reading, I noticed that this "group" has set a 5% maximum total royalty cap, which would be split between all the patent holders. If I'm not mistaken, IDCC had said before that they would not agree to such terms. Also, I recall that Nokia was supportive of the 5% cap goal. It seems to me that we would be "non-members" of this group, and therefore not in the pie-chart at all. Also, the total number of patents covered by the group arrangement is rather small (less than 1,000 patents combined between CDMA 2000 and WCDMA), and since IDCC alone has about 4,000 patents, obviously the majority of patents in the field are not under the 3G Patent groups umbrella.
