If what they did was illegal, and the issues were as clear as you make them out to be, and they made money off of it, he should be able to find an attorney willing to sue them and recover his money.

Kids and the mentally retarded are protected by law. Others should be responsible for themselves. The more we protect them from themselves, the less able they are to learn to protect themselves.

There are systems of government which purport to provide cradle to grave safety and security for everybody. But in doing so, they eliminate most of the opportunities to get ahead and better yourself (unless you're one of the pigs.)

We don't live under one of those governments. For which I am thankful.
