The guy was still fooled

He had John Westergaard and his resume along with the CEO an attorney against me, someone who just has a good track record for spotting bad investments and fraud. Who's he gonna believe? He believed that because West was a "financial advisor" with a license from the SEC and because the CEO was an attorney with an active license, they wouldn't dare lie to him in writing and risk legal liability. You also had the touts posing as his friend pretending to be regular investors. You and I can clearly see through this but some people can't.

I don't think it's right to take advantage of kids, disabled, elderly, mentally retarded, overly trusting souls, people in love... In real estate sales I can't tell you how many times I could have totally ripped off my clients because they were too trusting. I most certainly never did. Most of my clients were minorities and the elderly, the ones most often ripped off. This is why I feel for these people. When I'd see people try to rip them off, it'd get me mad. I guess I just like to stick up for the little guy. What these con men are doing is still absolutely illegal besides being immoral.
