And I would say try it again. If Matt is true to his word (and I think he is) then if in his opinion a user is out of line on your board...he will be toast. You get the luxury of recommending posts for his review. think of it as a spider's lair, you lure them in and then let them hang themselves by stepping out of line with the TOU.
Yes, you have to trust Matt...and take him at his word. But if you can't do that you shouldn't be here.
