Rest assured Mitchell will never name Ortiz either. This whole thing is a joke. You have a grand jury that leaks like a sieve, Mitchell who is a director of the Red Sox, a Cleveland player being named as using hgh before their last game, and now a leak saying 11 free agents are going to be in the Mitchell report. Mitchell has his own explaining to do and so does Selig.

If you really want this mess cleaned up it needs to go back to Congress. MLB still operates under a limited exemption from the anti-trust laws. Have Congress appoint an independent prosecutor with subpoena power. MLB balks and they lose the exemption.

BTW Seffield has already come clean regarding his steroid use so at this point if Mitchell names him it's yesterday's news.
