I am no positive but I don't think that Gary Lynch is considered an insider.I can't remember him (in the last few years)ever being listed as an insider.
From what David said Dr Simmon previous CEO still owns his stock but since he no longer works for Cortex his buys and sells no longer show.
Why do I believe that Dr.Tracy has these answers and can clear this up.
