I would also view it as favorable since A) HE TALKS ALL TO INTERESTED PARTIES B) He has been there a long time and not bought in the open market before. I have wondered about Gary Lynch with his bravado if right here and now he wouldn't plunge in with a sizeable effort at showing confidence in his science.
