The ultimate utopia in a job is

1. FinAncial independence
2. Location independence
3. Boss & Time independence

I'm way behind Tom - having experienced only 4 years of utopia.

The first year or two I had too much time on my hands. Now it always seems I'm too busy to fit everything in and would struggle if I had to re-enter the rat-race.

How are you finding being back at work Tom?
