RH got back to me and said:

8.3 million shares will be cancelled next week, they were restricted stock from a previous shareholder

3 million has been give to Claude Lemay that are restricted for 2 years

Float is approximately 35 million

Advisory board never changed except on the website, a new section is in preparation for the website and this will be finished soon.

The name change can occur anytime, their job is done on that cycle.
