What LOI? Do you have something to share? Because the company is just sitting dead in the water and nothing but speculation since the last acquisition was canceled.

Did the company that was going to be acquired do a little research on Mr.Peacock and then run for cover and cancel the whole thing?

I don't think there is any deal in the works here of any significance, any reputable company will take a close look at Peacocks business dealings and will see that is probably not the best move for a company wanting to succeed or a company that cares about its reputation, peacocks past acquisitions have created a stench around those companies, not very good Public relations if you ask me and not the way a young company wants to get started attempting to get their name out there when your first hurdle is explaining how you totally ruined the lives of many investors for personal financial gain.

Don't expect much here Dr.Wonderful, if and when they do produce an acquisition I shudder to think what the 8K would do to the PPS here because you can bet Peacock and friends will be getting paid no matter what and it will be on the backs of shareholders.
