Isn't it interesting how the wording is different in the "official" SEC document as compare to the now notorious press releases...
From the press release...
"The next steps for the Sanswire 2A will be reassembly and a refitting of the airship's automated flight controls, telemetry systems, and ultra light- weight components that include new rear fins. Readying the 2A for flight- testing, initially in the mid-altitude range of 15,000 to 30,000 feet, will also require that propulsion and the automated stability systems be re- evaluated and possibly upgraded."
From the "official" SEC 10K
Subsequent to the execution of the LOI, Sanswire, the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, shipped the Sanswire 2A Technology Demonstrator airship to TAO in Stuttgart, Germany for evaluation and overhaul.
Isn't it fascinating that what in part was called a "possible upgrade" in the press release is later stated as an "overhaul" in the SEC filing!!!
So now once again the Strat needs an "overhaul". It doesn't need minor modifications, it needs an "overhaul"
What has Mr. Murch and his team been doing for all these months? Why did we hear... "Doug Murch, the new head of Sanswire, has been making excellent progress with his team of engineers on the Strat front..." if the strat now needs an "overhaul"?
Oh well, I guess we should be used to the company telling us one story and then finding out the truth later.
