1) I admire you for your perseverence and being able to get "him" on the phone.

2) I will never believe anything Frank Moody ever utters out of his mouth until the day I die.....so, I have no reason to communicate with him on the divi situation, because my shares are not restricted (not gloating....I am just stating the facts).

3) I REALLY feel for you and so many other good people that are for whatever reason...still restricted....it is not right.

4) I will believe the litigation is settled when I see it in writing. I am sure FM thinks it will be settled before year's end because he is probably hoping for HIS own needs that that is the case. If you think about it.....why would anyone in their right mind tell an investor over the phone that they think the litigation will be settled before December?....If I were involved in litigation....no matter what side I was on....I would not open my damn mouth to the public until it was over.

5) Whether or not he is being truthful on the offering of the $10mm......I would never believe it unless I saw it in writing. Best case scenario....and he did what he told you.....then I say Kudos to Fred because Fred must have had a damn good reason for saying no go. Fred told us he would not ask us to give up our shares....and he has done exactly that. I would caution anyone here to make their own decision on that 10mm that FM told you about....because as I said.....I would never believe ANYTHING that man said without witnessing it in writing (and I'm not talking PRs...because that is a whole other story).

6) You are a good lady Catty....and everyone here knows it....so don't think I am lamblasting you here.....because I am not. I am impressed that you got the snake on the phone.

7) Good luck to you....and I do think your divi's will get "freed" at some point....and for you I hope the sooner the better.
