Skier: Just called 828-681-8105 and would you believe, the gal that answered the phone put Frank on the phone. Introduced myself and reminded him that we met at the Maritime Show in NYC.
I asked him what was happening with lifting the restrictions on the WTCT stock?
He went on and on in great detail about the restrictions and one option mentioned (but didn't recommend) was to get an opinion letter from an attorney to free up the shares, but it would cost anywhere between $500-$1K. He continued to try to explain things to me, but I must admit, I didn't absorb it. However, one thing I do remember clearly is that he said they offered to pay HISU $10mm for their shares.... and HISU refused.
I finally said to him - I understand you're in litigation re the stock ... can I assume that the stock will be available for trading once the litigation is resolved? He said yes. I asked him when do you expect a decision. He said before December.
Skier, you're much more savvy in this area, can I suggest you call and maybe you could make more sense out of this than I can.
He was very willing to talk. Thanks
