I think that Susnar is so gun-ho about turning this around, because if he doesn't, he will loss everything that he has put into this company. You don't put a ton of your own money into building a nice high class building to have it fall flat on its face. Filing for chapter 11 is not an option. You make it work, and yes as a former VP of Bear Stearns you try and make things work to make some money. Not only for himself, but everyone else that is now involved. This is a big responsibilty. Doesn't make sense to put something together only to make a few thousand dollars. He is building a business that has some hurdles to get over. Once they have gotten through this tough time, things will turn around. I believe his statements about things geting better the 1st. or 2nd qrt. of 2008.
