VALUE LINE ALLOCATION MODEL

They say to have 70 - 80% stock and 20 - 30% CASH

I knew they had that in there somewhere and wondered how that jibed. I wonder if it is always out of line with what the appreciation potential would predict. I have now way of charting the comparison.
