I only WISH roger would dare to come out of hiding to sue me for something. Actually it was a combination of 'phony' and 'funny'. I didn't know if anyone would notice it. You are half-right though. I thought if I made up a word, that you couldn't tag me for making an accusing implication without supporting the statement.

I think the question of the filings may reach higher than the state of Nevada though. I figured if roger could pass the blame for filings that has his 'handwriting' all over them onto Rizvi, that I could pass the blame back to roger. If we are to believe that email that Wick posted, roger admits that the filings were phony. Therein lies your proof, because I do not believe roger's little imaginary friend filed them. You will notice that I also prefaced the post with IMO. Hopefully I covered myself. But I think you could actually say whatever you want about roger, because he is rightly in hiding and doesn't dare defend himself.
