Well it appears that there booked value exceeds their market
cap by $7,000,000 with the real estate. So their mortgage would be for $5M then on the refinance??

At this PPS I sure am taking a close look at this thing.
I was in the last go-around with minxx on a shell they didn't
use and lost a couple of thousand dollars on what I thought
was a pump and dump by some (ZIPL).

I might buy a lotto ticket for a couple of million shares
on this if I can get some more information. I have heard
so far they might have a cash flow problem....is their any
truth to that rumor??
