I don't know how UNEVALUATED is different than UNTESTED, and I doubt a company is going to buy something that is UNEVALUATED. The risk is too high. What if the system failed? As some poster mentioned before, companies have been burned too many times in GPS scams that they're very leery of these new GPS schemes, and will do extensive DD before buying.
