your point is right ,so far tho there is no proven lying in a court of law-they said they would this ,and they're working on it ,prove to a court they are lying at this point and you will lose -of course they are bound to press releases by disclaimers ,yet there is no way for anyone to disprove (or prove) their claims and if the market were just by chance at .30 cents ,same scenario, then you wouldn't consider it lies ,that's the issue ,alot would feel less lies if the share price were higher from the nonbelievers point of view ,heck i would feel better too,LIMBO till the company says something
