not so sure i agree and even RH was mad about finding out there was a delay in filing and he states on wesite , " now they want to deliver as promised' -ECT knows they are making claims and it does influence shareholders to buy -look at usxp.ob ,no comaparision to this -just they claimed a 300 million dollar loan and the stock went from 2 cents to .13 cents and the bank said they never signed or promised anything -RH knows is is influencing shareholders to buy and states they are working on fulfilling their promises and from what they have -assume the 131contracts ,things can happen or all 131 contracts will be fulfilled as promised -as they await product delivery -installation and network setups ,then payments -waiting game -and pps has someone dumping it appears -that could cause some unneccessary selling or insiders have tip-converse to OEM deal
