Question is did Bush know about these ‘new weapons’ that make any missile defense useless when he proposed the $20 billion missile shield which might already be obsolete? What’s to stop Russia from selling to North Korea if in fact it is only North Korea Bush is worried about?

And how can they be high precision if they zigzag? -Am
