Really? If you need another example check out BISA.pk. They filed 21 reports all at once in Feb, but then did not put out the 8k till 1 month ago. During that time, shares could be purchased as low as .006. At present you would have to pay closer to a dime. Point being that none of us knew what would be reverse merged, but figured it would happen sooner or later. With an o/s of only 10.9MM, it seemed worth a shot.

So this shell play is much the same. There is lots of "mystery" to what is going to come, but it sure seems it's chances are better than most with the structure being so low. Now the real challenge, imo, is trying to pick the lows before a filing hits - especially for those of us who do not yet own shares.
