Thanks for your replies. I still don't understand why the heck yaw'll are buying this but yes perhaps in time I'll understand..

And no my Corp was not a public company, but as I understand it should not be to much trouble to reactivate and with a few switches here and there, I'd guess I could take it public in 6 months to a year, if i had a mind to do that..

I don't, cause I got better things to do,, ha, and I do not intend to run another corp. it is a pain in the butt doing corp. taxes, for one, but there's more hassle to it too..

However, it is the scenario I am evaluating. Were I a crook and wanted to take it public, it looks too easy..

One could just earn a rep on these boards and take yaw'll to the cleaners.

Yes we ( not to mean me as in "we" but, we, as in the public on these boards) know already, pinks and bb's are full of crooks..
