Qone0, I have some comments for you. The DTCC have a crooked stock borrow program that allows them to lend the same share out many times to hide ftd's. The mm's transfer ftd's stock inventory on a monthly basis to hide them and in some cases just fail to report shorts to the SEC. Check the Buy-ins numbers they will be much more accurate.

NSS shorting that causes FTD's is against the law.
