Owl. Agreed again. The release of the 2004 restated does not at all release the company from its Wells Notice obligation charges.

It is only a first step. But it is a key step as that appears to be, as Cole now acknowledges, the threshold year for the SEC's findings.

Once that puppy is filed...you get my drift.
