And of course that is why I clearly said...

"may" be the inevitable.

And you are right mide's statement was about the 2004 restatement. I personally think what they have done lately may look much worse than what they did back in 2004...

And "that" may have triggered the SEC investigation!

Of course we'll never know if the company doesn't finally put out the information...

They have certainly left us in the dark without it.
