I've a brother, mortgage broker, trying to land all [ALL] the mortgages available in the state of Florida, what you just said is exactly his dilemma, maybe he will and maybe he won't make it work, but it is exactly as you just stated, I have my opinion but that is another story, he must first obtain the private placements--gain access to a board--BB--or what ever can be obtained from the private placement. Then, on to a possible IPO, from there it is all work, work, work to make this dream come to fruition, I wish him luck and I wish us luck here, thanks for listening.
