Defireman , we invest to hold an interest in a company if they make out good so do we if they do not we don't either. most companies put the money they receive into progression of the company whether it be in equipment or information or staffing of the company in this case such as programmers and salaries are paid in shares until such time company is making an income to provide a monatary pay for work provided.. Company Pres and CEO should always be paid last as to show their employees that they come first thats where shares are paid in lue of cash.. Most if not all employees cannot take home shares to feed their families or pay the bills but most often PRES.'s $ CEO's can and should until the company is self sustaining and making a profit or able to pay the bills and pay a small salary in conjuction with shares or promisary notes to pay.... kid
