This is what's happening:

shareholders ---> money ---> Dru. + Doug

OK, this is stupid. I thought the reason why people invest in a company is so that they see a return in investment. So why the heck exactly are the investors funneling money to INXR, if the money is going to go straight into Dru's pockets? That's why it's extremely disturbing that they're paying themselves before anything else, especially when they are this much in debt.
