Why do they want Xechem International period? They have Xechem Nigeria. They don't need any other Pharm stepping in. Xechem Nigeria could just do a complete spinoff right? The PIPE is covered per the 10K. Swift and Co. will put out a tender offer of going pps plus a 10% premium of say .005 plus .0005 and say to us take it or leave it.
