Ctrl alt delete does nothing
Yes I can hard shut down

the rest of what you asked is greek to me.

Please note that is does shut down correctly about 20% of the time. Why? I dunno.

Why is wouldn't do a system restore, I dunno. (not that I even know if this would fix the problem)
