Cole, take the company behind the barn and kick the hell out of it. Let me know when you do it so I can see exactly what the company looks like.

The reality is it remains the employee not the company that caused the actions which created the Wells Notice and it will be the employees not the company that provides the action necessary to satisfy that Wells Notice.
