I think you're wrong about MRVL. The more I learn about them, the more I'm starting to become worried that their future isn't as bright as many seem to think.

But, the silver lining is this --- the end of just about all bull markets end in a dramatic move in the high risk sectors of tech. And I've been reading a few of the smartest and most accurate guys in the timing biz and two of them this week suggested that the next big move here is going to be in the $SOX. So, as I posted yesterday, BRCM's move probably is indicative of a thing about to happen with these things.

However, MRVL's fundamentals don't look so good. I think if they can't get XScale profitable soon, the next down cycle in the market could bankrupt MRVL. I seriously mean that. It's the biggest reason I sold everything on Thursday other than 3000 shares which I now hold covered.

What I do think though based on Richard Band's comments is that the move should be big in TXN. So, here's what I'm going to do tonight --- I'm going to start a new board for TXN and focus on that stock as a large base position. There's no BS with TXN. MRVL is a never ending soap opera and I'm sick of it. We can all move over to TXN and focus all of our talk over there. TXN also pays a dividend which will make holding it far less of a problem. The fact that it's fallen with the market makes the entry that much better now. And rather than buy the stock, we'll buy the LEAPS.

HERE'S THE NEW BOARD--->>
