I have often posted that I believe that companies should not be allowed to trade unless there is full transparency with respect to their capital structure. I would go further and require any changes in capital structure to be posted in advance on Edgar before shares (or convertibles or derivatives) could be sold.

So then you would not trade or support such a company?

According to your belief?

If everyone would do this. Scams would be impossible to be run.
