I have often posted that I believe that companies should not be allowed to trade unless there is full transparency with respect to their capital structure. I would go further and require any changes in capital structure to be posted in advance on Edgar before shares (or convertibles or derivatives) could be sold.

I think there is room for pink sheet trading that doesn't have the same burden found on OTC BB, but capital structure and changes should be available for all.

Unfortunately, we don't have that in place.
