I developed a Fundamental Analysis module for AI 3.0 and wanted to see how your selections fared. After running your list through, the top 9 came out as:

Tier I
1. PLNR

Tier II
2. SKYW
3. ESST

Tier III
4. POWI
5. DRIV
6. CHIC
7. RCRC
8. BEBE
9. ACTL

PLNR is especially attractive. I hadn't heard of them before so I'll have to look into it some more.
