John, I will not argue with your perceptions. Nobody is happy with the share price, including everyone at Cortex, which is very understandable. However, I can tell you simply doing what you suggest at this time will not get the shareholders much value. I think Cortex can articulate a much better approach and will do so when we schedule a shareholder CC before the end of this month. We have gotten lots of calls with lots of armchair ideas(as many disagreeing with your suggestions as agreeing), but we will not knee jerk a decision. As of this time, we have not gotten the written response from the FDA, which we want to see and we are working hard to firm up some plans and milestones. Finally, I am definitely NOT in a state of denial, but perhaps have more knowledge than you do about what can be safely and financially accomplish (and without malice, suggest you do not know the financial options nor what is required). I suggest you wait to hear the plans at the CC and then you can still agree or disagree, but will have a better scope about what issues the company is dealing with. I am definitely not trying to be cute in this response. It is very clear we cannot move ahead in ADHD, but there are lots of issues which you perhaps are not familiar with which must be weighed to plan and execute moves in a biotech business model. Please wait to hear and understand some of these issues. Roger
