I doubt that is a serious question (you didn't even have time to read my post), but I'll give it an answer for those who may be thinking of entering.
If you are a long-time shareholder, HOLD for 3 reasons.
1. The value of your shares probably aren't worth spending the commission.
2. Stock is at .0001. How much more can you lose?
3. Though the "Rizvi" news is probably just another trick, it is at least a very slim hope which is more than we've had in quite a while. Even if it turns out to be a hoax, it has brought in new buyers. There is a possibility to recoup losses even if from a pump.
If you are contemplating entering:
1. realize that there are no assets and are legal problems and the likelihood of a large pps based on fundamentals is small.
2. Buy a small amount. You can get a million shares for a hundred bucks. If the company recovers, you are a millionaire; if not, you only lost a hundred bucks.
If you are one of the fortunate souls who didn't enter until the price was .0001, then hold the bag with the rest of us. What you got to lose?
I fit into the first category. It is not a lottery play for me - and I tire of hearing that it is. Since October 2006, I've read most of the posts on this board, Yahoo, and RB, as well as all filings, PRs, cc, and have researched the mgmt's former companies (such as CBYI, IDFR, and Smart Trucks - and message boards).... I HOLD. I need half a penny to break even. I'm waiting on either a p&d to happen or somebody to buy the shell and add their assets.
