Where do you get that info? Are you referring to 5682 Meadowview Drive Jefferson, GA 30549?

I'm looking at the Ebay listing and it's at 3340 Mill Valley Drive Atlanta (Dacula), GA 30019.

If he's selling both houses... hmmm.
