geoart9, So many posters just say the rules prevent that and then goes on to say it is impossible assuming the mm's and DTCC are always law abiding. Where there is cash involved there is always greed. Then we have the ECN Trading system in effect that allows 24 hr. trading and volume never goes to the counters we see.

NSS shorting that causes FTD's is against the law.
