TBH I love to think it will be 41mil. IMO they 1.9bil buy was to recover dumped shared via a Note. The portion that wasn't dumped he took care privately. That's all speculation tho, still working on finding any facts. Even if those shares where not from a note it seems that they were bought to fix something that was not reported. The truth maybe that we have a 4bil O/S as per NV SOS. The 1.9bil was to cover something outside of that reported A/S. If we are lucky, we'll know today.
