It won't happen. That's my prediction.

Folks, this thing may be good in the long run but it's got 2 main things going against it in the short: traders are hard pressed to find a brokerage that will let them buy PAVC online without the indignity and maddening extra step of calling them to place the order (is this 1990?), so why would they bother?

Second, no one and I mean NO ONE is going to buy PAVC via any method until there is an ironclad guarantee (if even then) of what they're trading their free-trading PAVC for in the eventual exchange. This is because it will undoubtedly involve having their HARD EARNED cash put on hold until they can get what ever they can get from the exchange at what ever future date this new crew of slicksters determines.
