tradefor your missing the point. Much of what was stated was probably true but was not meant for public consumption. By making it public he brings into question the WHY of his actions. Was it intended to manipulate the share price? Was it intended to do damage? Was it mixed in with lies to create an incorrect asumption? We have laws against such actions as they are detrimental to the fabric of society. Those that make a point of skating on the edge, such as yourself, don't like these laws as they don't suit your purpose.
